These terms govern your use of azoneclasses.com and our services. By using this website, downloading our material or purchasing a course, you agree to them. We’ve kept the language simple on purpose.

1. Who we are

Azone Classes (“we”, “us”, “our”), a sole proprietorship of Rashmi Anand Mallick, is a coaching institute for Class 6–10 Maths & Science located in Pratap Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Contact: hello@azoneclasses.com · +91 70143 23661.

2. Our services

  • Free study material — worksheets, guides and mock-test PDFs, provided at no cost
  • Online test series — paid, timed online mock tests with instant scoring, delivered on this website
  • Recorded courses — paid structured video courses with worksheets and chapter tests
  • Live batches — live online classes, enrolled via enquiry and confirmed on call

3. Accounts

Online tests and courses require a student account. Accounts should be created and managed by a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. One purchase entitles one student to access — sharing an account or login with other students is not permitted and may lead to suspension of access without refund.

4. Payments & pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) on the relevant product page.
  • Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking). We do not store your payment credentials.
  • Access to paid digital products is granted automatically after successful payment (see our Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy).
  • Launch prices and discounts are limited-time offers and may change without notice; the price you pay is the price shown at checkout.

5. Validity of access

Test series and courses are valid for the period stated on their product page (typically the current exam season/academic year). Within that period you may re-attempt tests without limit unless stated otherwise.

6. Intellectual property

All material on this site — worksheets, PDFs, test questions, videos and page content — is the property of Azone Classes (or used with permission) and is for the personal, non-commercial use of the enrolled student only. Reselling, redistributing, uploading to other platforms, or sharing paid content (including in WhatsApp/Telegram groups) is prohibited. Free PDFs may be shared with other parents unmodified and free of charge — in fact, we encourage that.

7. Third-party exams — important disclaimer

Azone Classes is an independent coaching institute. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to: ALLEN Career Institute (conductor of Tallentex), the Science Olympiad Foundation (conductor of IMO/NSO), Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (conductor of JNVST), or any government scholarship authority (NMMS). Exam names are used only to describe what we help students prepare for. Exam dates, patterns, eligibility and fees are decided by those bodies and can change — always verify with the official notification.

8. No guarantee of results

We promise honest teaching, structured practice and transparent progress reports. We do not promise or guarantee any specific rank, selection, scholarship or marks — anyone who does is misleading you. A student’s results depend on their own effort and many factors outside our control.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website — including attempting to access other users’ data, disrupting the service, submitting false information in forms, or using our content to build a competing product.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a paid service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for interruptions caused by internet outages, hosting failures or other events beyond our reasonable control.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
