Short version: we collect only what we need to send you study material and run our classes, we never sell your information, and you can ask us to delete your data anytime with one WhatsApp message.

Who we are

Azone Classes (“we”, “us”), a sole proprietorship of Rashmi Anand Mallick, is a coaching institute for Class 6–10 Maths & Science, located in Pratap Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan, operating this website at azoneclasses.com.

What information we collect

  • Download & enquiry forms: parent’s name, WhatsApp number, child’s class, and any message you write. We ask parents — not children — to fill these forms.
  • Student accounts: if you buy a test series or enrol in a course, an account is created with a name, email address and the test attempts/scores of your child.
  • Payments: processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details — we only receive a confirmation that payment succeeded.
  • Usage data: like most websites, we use cookies and analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) to understand which pages are useful and to show relevant ads. This data is aggregated and does not identify your child.

How we use it

  • To send you the free study material you requested and give access to purchased courses
  • To invite you to our parents’ WhatsApp group and share exam updates, worksheets and batch announcements
  • To call you back when you request a free demo class
  • To improve the website and our teaching material

WhatsApp communication

By submitting your WhatsApp number you agree to receive messages from us about the material you requested and occasional updates. We keep it useful — mostly study content, not promotions. You can leave the group or ask us to stop messaging at any time; just reply STOP and we will remove your number.

Children’s privacy

Our website and forms are meant for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Student accounts for online tests are expected to be created and managed by a parent or guardian.

Who we share data with

We never sell your information. We share it only with the services that run this website:

  • Hostinger — website hosting
  • Razorpay — payment processing
  • Google (Analytics) and Meta (Pixel) — anonymous website analytics and advertising measurement
  • WhatsApp — when you message us or join our group, WhatsApp’s own privacy policy also applies

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them for basic site functions (like keeping a student logged in during a test) and for analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings — the site will still work, though logged-in features like online tests need cookies to function.

Data retention & security

We keep form submissions and account data only as long as needed to provide our services or as required by law (for example, payment records for tax purposes). The website uses HTTPS encryption, and access to submitted data is limited to the Azone Classes team.

Your rights

In line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us at any time to:

  • See what information we hold about you
  • Correct it if it’s wrong
  • Delete it (including removing your number from our lists and groups)

One WhatsApp message or email is enough — no forms, no fuss.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be announced in our WhatsApp group.
