The single most common decimal error: thinking 0.45 > 0.5 because “45 > 5”. If your child does this, they’re not careless — they’re treating decimals like whole numbers. The place-value grid in the video untangles it in one sitting.

My child confuses 0.5, 0.05 and 0.50 — is that serious?
It’s the most common decimal confusion in Class 7, and yes, worth fixing now: money, measurement and Class 8 percentages all sit on top of it. One video + one worksheet usually settles it.
